We would like you to please come over here as we have talked and you <br />agreed to come. Facts, laws, rules, regulations, etc. have been distorted and changed from what <br />they really are. We would like a meeting with you. <br />My number is 970-433-5437 <br />Michaels number is 970-433-5517 <br />We need this inspection as quickly as possible. By the way, by drastic measures, in some of the <br />communication that I have provided you with means law suits which should not have to be. As <br />far as Marcia and Sandy, I asked you to have them back off about making decisions about this <br />property without involving the landowners. They need to discuss any changes to the Morgan <br />property at all tames without just taking it upon themselves. I usually have about 5 minutes <br />during break to write down things. They are written very quickly and I don't have time to think <br />about the exact wording. None of these things are PHYSICAL threats or any type of PHYSICAL <br />violence to any one. Law suits are long and enduring and a waste of everyones time if things can <br />be worked out prior to that point. I have lived here my entire life and everyone knows me and I <br />worked here most of my life. I have never even spanked any of my kids or grandkids in their <br />entire lives. I have one of the biggest hearts of any one I know and have actually given the shirt <br />off my back to some one who needed it more. I have never lived in a city nor know how people <br />talk there, but we are fighting for our lives here and I am sorry that you took offense to my fast <br />letters. Ask Marcia, Sandy, or Dan if I have ever been disrespectful to them or treated them <br />badly. In fact, as people, I really like Marcia and Sandy and I think Dan is very awesome also, <br />but in the profession that they are in, I would expect more from them and would expect them to <br />protect the landowner as the rules and laws say they are suppose to do. Instead of helping the <br />Miner ruin us.
