MCC believes that with the submittal of this information that the
TR-121 application can be deemed complete. The responses are provided in the same order as the
comments on the letter.
1. Attached is a memo from Daniel Gray of the GMUG National Forest that provides the GMUGs
negative finding for cultural resources within the Upper Deep Creek road and MDWs area. A
copy of the archaeology report is also attached and shows that all of Section 2 that contains the
proposed reopened and new road and roadside MDWs was included.
2. Also included in the memo from Mr. Gray is a discussion of the biological review. In addition, a
letter report by Monarch and Associates summarizes the wildlife vegetation and T&E resource
evaluations conducted over the years in the proposal area.
3.
