Box 212 <br />Antonito, CO 81120 <br />To Whom it may concern: <br />Robins Construction, L.L.L.P. plans to conduct extraction activity over a parcel of land identified <br />as Robins Pit No.1, which is located in Lot 2 (NW1/4 NE1/4) Section 3, T.32 N., R.7E., N.M.P.M., <br />Conejos County, Colorado. <br />You have received this notice because you are the owner of a significant, valuable and <br />permanent man made structure located within two hundred (200) feet of the planned <br />extraction and related land. <br />As the owner of a qualified structure located within 200 feet of our planned extraction activity, <br />the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety requires we provide evidence of our <br />efforts to protect your structures from injury during the planned extraction activities; and to <br />assure you that damage caused to your structures as a direct result of our operations will be <br />compensated for, consistent with established law. <br />Robins Construction does not expect to conduct any processing or loading or stockpiling <br />activities within 200 feet of your structures, but will grade an exterior pit slope with a 3:1 slope <br />AWAY from your structures; the top of this slope is approximately 60 feet east of your <br />structures. <br />Also included is a map showing our permit area and the relationship of your structures to the <br />permit area.
