Box 1849 <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 / <br />RE: Soaring Eagle Gravel Pit; Permit No. M-1999-025, Unresolved Problems Noted in Past Inspection Reports IS/ <br />Dear Mr. Settle : <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety that some problems noted in past mine <br />site inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but documentation of the corrective <br />actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for the above noted mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection of this <br />site.
