Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Division) received a Ten Day Notice <br />(TDN) alleging violations at the New Horizon Mine. The TDN was received" in our <br />office on April 6, 2010. The Division is evaluating the New Horizon Mine permit files to <br />determine whether a violation of the Colorado program exists. Due to the complexity of <br />the review, the Division respectfully requests an extension until April 30, 2010 to <br />complete our evaluation and to respond to the TDN allegations. <br />Thank you for your consideration of our extension request.
