Two copies of the TR are included along with the <br />required fee and proof of placement with the Weld County Clerk to the Board, and <br />related attachments (see above). As requested in Part 2 of the OMLR inspection report, <br />included with this submittal is a revised Reclamation Plan Map, since extraction is <br />essentially complete, except where necessary to effect complete reclamation of the <br />northwest basin and area fill activity. <br />1) The boundary determined under Weld County GIS shape file information defines <br />an area of affected land comprising 102.6± acres, and below the original 120.0± acres <br />permitted. The difference appears to be based upon differences in measurement from <br />the original application to the present submittal. The boundary shown with metes and <br />bounds description comprises the known permit boundary as we understand it today. <br />Existing contour information based upon physical survey is shown in red for the <br />southern reservoir; while projected contours for the balance of the affected lands, <br />including areas of fill and the northwest basin are shown in brown and green based <br />upon modified USGS Gowanda Quadrangle contour information.
