Please find our responses below: <br />Exhibit C- Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps (Rule 6.4.3) <br />? Exhibit C item "g" text has been revised to include the descriptions of the <br />irrigation ditch and overhead power lines within 200 feet of the permitted area <br />? Add Exhibit C.3.1 to show direction of mining and stockpile areas for Phase IV <br />? Add Exhibit C.3.2 to show direction of mining and stockpile areas for Phase V <br />? Add Exhibit C.3.3 to show direction of mining and stockpile areas for Phase VI <br />? Add Exhibit C.3.4 to show direction of mining and stockpile areas for Phase VII <br />? All maps have been signed and dated <br />Exhibit D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4) <br />? Text has been revised to explain the direction of mining for each phase <br />? The near vertical highwall currently existing on the north boundary of Phase III <br />was left in anticipation of this permit being approved. 3:1 slopes are only <br />maintained on the outside edge of a phase. If this permit is not approved, the <br />north side of Phase III will be sloped at 3:1 prior to reclamation. <br />? Text has been revised to give a range of depth for topsoil <br />? Text has been revised to explain topsoil protection while stockpiled <br />? Text has been revised to explain if an excess amount of natural fines exist at <br />time of reclamation, they will be returned to pit floor underneath topsoil <br />? Text in item "d" has been revised to state the 15 acre area does not include the <br />4.95 staging area for the hot plant. <br />?
