The decision due date is April 1, 2010. <br />In Minor Revision No. 116, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to construct a light use road to provide <br />better access from the mine to the Terror Creek public road. The proposed road would be about one mile <br />long and would be on land managed by the BLM.
