Please note the fee amount is different from the invoice <br />amount of $633.00 due to a delay in the receipt of the invoice from the Division. <br />Attached to this report are maps for the Henderson Mine and the Henderson Mill reflecting site activities <br />along with an activity summary. <br />The current financial warranty for the Henderson Mine and Mill is considered adequate for the <br />reclamation requirements under the permit.
