The 90 day leak test that is required to <br />demonstrate that the wall is performing to specific standards has been completed and I have <br />attached a copy of the approval letter from the Division of Water Resources for your files. <br />SW Chambers is confident that any and all obligations have been met which is evidenced by the <br />issuance of the acceptance letter from the Division of Water Resources dated June 24th, 2009 <br />Owners of Record on the affected lands are as follows: <br />City and County of Broomfield <br />Mr. David Allen <br />Deputy Director Of Public Works <br />One Decombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020 <br />Please reduce the bond amount of $110,614 to zero immediately.
