Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Please be advised that on March 15, 2010, Eddie Clayton, whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box 2 , <br />Hooper, CO 81136; (719) 378-2392, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Clayton Sand and Gravel, <br />Permit No. M-1999-022. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 25, Township <br />41N, Range 6E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Saguache County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
