Martin <br />Executive Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has reviewed your letter dated November 25, <br />2009 commenting on the proposal by Powertech (USA), Inc. to modify the above referenced prospecting <br />notice. DRMS has designated the proposal for modification as MD-03. This letter is intended to provide <br />you an update on the status of MD-03. <br />Your letter states that certain Well Construction and Test Reports required by the Colorado State Engineer <br />and referred to by Powertech in MD-03 should be available for public review. DRMS agrees, and while <br />these documents have always been available to the public through the Office of the State Engineer, on <br />November 3, 2009 DRMS placed copies,of these reports in the public file for MD-03. Copies of these <br />reports are enclosed with this letter. DRMS has issued a second review of MD-03; a copy of that review <br />letter is enclosed. Powertech has responded to the DRMS second review letter; copies of Powertech's <br />responses are enclosed.
