MANAGEMENT

The DRMS letter dated January 11, 2008 transmitted its adequacy review for the
referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL)
following are its response to the DRMS' comments and concerns:
1. A summary of the geochemical analysis of a representative sample of
the sandstone rock is enclosed. As would be expected, the material is
inert. The sandstone has an acid generation potential of zero.
2. No response required.
3. Attached is a copy of an invoice from the USDA-FS for the 1,700 tons
of rock hauled to the Paonia sewage lagoons. The invoice
demonstrates the free use but there is a $50 administration fee.
4. Attached is a copy of an invoice from the USDA-FS for the 160 tons of
rock hauled to the Bowie No. 1 Mine. The fee for this rock was
$107.50. A copy of BRL's check in the amount of $157.50 is enclosed.
A copy of the check and the two invoices should be inserted into the permit in
Volume III, Tab 14.
