Martin <br />Executive Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety received no public comments regarding our <br />proposed decision to terminate jurisdiction at the Twin Pines Coal mine site. Notice was publishes as <br />required by our Rules in the Canon City newspaper. The final date to receive comments regarding our <br />decision was February 11, 2010 at 5:00 pm. Therefore, our decision is now final. <br />The Division has no further involvement with the mine site. The administrative task of disbursement <br />of remaining bond funds to the appropriate parties will be handled by the Office of the Attorney <br />General and our administrative staff as required.
