Dudash, Joe <br />From: Levi Broyles [lbroyles@fs.fed.us] <br />Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 11:52 AM <br />To: Dudash, Joe <br />Cc: desty_dyer@blm.gov; Daniel E Gray <br />Subject: BRL MR- 115 <br />Attachments: bowie_geotech_holes2.pdf <br />Mr. Dudash: <br />This e-mail serves as acknowledgement that the Paonia Ranger District has reviewed the BRLs Minor Revision -115. <br />MR-115 includes the over-snow use of the following roads on National Forest System lands (see attached map) <br />• approximately 1 mile of road on federal coal lease COC- 61209, and <br />• approximately one-half mile of road on coal exploration license COC- 72069 <br />The Forest Service has determined that the proposed activity is consistent with stipulations on the federal coal lease, and <br />can occur on coal exploration license. So long as BRL conducts the activity consistent with the stipulations on the federal <br />coal lease and the Conditions on the federal coal exploration license, the Forest Service has no further conditions to bring <br />forward.
