Actual surface disturbance during 2009 was about <br />5.80 acres less than permitted disturbance, given that work on the 6RT Water Transfer Pipeline has not yet been <br />initiated. Additional permitted disturbance during 2009 resulted in a cumulative total for permitted surface <br />disturbance of approximately 594.1 acres.
