The dewatering well will pump water from the D-Seam workings into Hubbard
Creek. Both holes will be developed from one drill site.
Right of Entry
The drill site and access road are located on surface managed by the USDA-FS. Right
of entry is granted by BRL's Federal Coal lease subject to analysis of impacts by the
surface management agency.
Affected and Disturbed Area
The new drill site and road will disturb approximately 0.9 acres.
