Joe looks good. You have one typo in Item 6. where you refer to TR-5. I believe you mean TR-53. In item 6, 1
suggest you add: Please incorporate the information contained in the January 10 cover letter for TR-53 (which
includes the plan for handling the discharge water) into the permit application.
Two Rules that cover discharge from an underground mine are.
4.05.10(2) and 4.05.16(4), they will need to demonstrate compliance with these rules. You might want to add a
brief comment to that effect.
