The <br />hole will be drilled on the Hubbard Creek Road. No drill pad will be constructed. <br />Drilling "mud" will be circulated through a stock tank so no mud pit will be required. The <br />activities associated with this drilling are more than 100 feet from Hubbard Creek. <br />This well will likely replace the monitoring well proposed in technical revision application <br />TR-53. <br />Right of Entry <br />Hubbard Creek road at the proposed drill site is located on surface managed by the <br />USDA-FS. Right of entry is granted by BRL's Federal Coal lease subject to analysis of <br />impacts by the surface management agency. <br />Affected and Disturbed Area <br />No new disturbance sine the monitoring well will be constructed on Hubbard Creek <br />Road. <br />Cultural Resources <br />See Volume VI, Cultural Resources, item 12. <br />Access <br />Access to the monitoring well will be up Hubbard Creek to the mouth of Dove Gulch. <br />J.
