MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS processed a Field Decision Form - Minor Revision dated November 16, <br />2007. The revision was processed to provide for the temporary storage of topsoil and <br />topsoil like material from the Hubbard Creek vent shaft site at the unit train loadout <br />topsoil stockpile. Revised permit application pages and maps describing the topsoil <br />storage project are to be submitted to DRMS by November 28, 2007. On behalf of <br />Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed are amended page 2.05-38 and Map 39. <br />The second to the last paragraph on page 2.05-38 was amended to state the topsoil <br />from the shaft construction site will be hauled to stockpile "F" located near the unit train <br />loadout.
