Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />v <br />Re: Asphalt Specialties Co., Inc., Speer Mining Resource Pit, Adams County, Permit No. M-1983-176, <br />Amendment AM-04 Approval -' <br />Dear Mr. Laird: <br />On January 29, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Amendment <br />application AM-04 submitted to the Division on August 28, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Backfill pit completely, leaving 7 acre pond, and change Reclamation Plan to General Agriculture. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1983- <br />176.
