The
principle customers are local coal mines. Therefore, demand should be uniform throughout the year.
Material will be fed from the blasted rock stockpile by a thrid-party crushing and screening company.
This contractor will be required to show proof of an air emissions permit issued by the State of
Colorado. The third party contractor will place the processed material into various stockpiles. The
largest stockpile will be mill feed for the rock dust plant. The stockpile will be transferred by a
completely enclosed tunnel reclaim conveyor. Crushed limestone will be processed within the mill
building and stored within outdoor enclosed silos. Milling of the limestone is a mechanical process
within an enclosed mill. Rockdust will be loaded into enclosed pnuematic can trucks or palletized 50-lbs
bags.
M- 195 -01) 1?-03, Rock- ows-r AP6c,-eSS
