Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On January 26, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on January 21, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Revision to add several features put in place by property owner in permitted area (some trees, dirt road, equipment/supply <br />storage, residence trailer) to post-mining reclamation plan for east side of permit area as shownon submitted map. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000-034. <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2000-034 remain in full force and effect. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Eric C.
