Catt <br /> <br />or <br />Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Oxbow Mining, LLC <br />Notice of Intent to Explore (NOI) <br />File No. X-2006-223-07 and X-2004-223-05,180-day reports <br />Dear Mr. Kiger: <br />The Division has received the 180-day reports for the Notice of Intents CX-2006-223-07 and CX- <br />2004-223-05. The reports are in compliance and satisfy rule 2.02.6(3)(a). It is noted that for NOI CX- <br />2006-223-07, drill holes ECM-05-19 and ECM-05-34 were completed and reclaimed in 2009; No <br />activity has occurred at site ECM-05-35; and ECM-05-23 has been partially reclaimed with the <br />remainder of reclamation to occur with the gob vent hole reclamation. <br />Drill holes ECM-05-24 and ECM-06-30 were approved under a Federal Coal License which expired <br />May 18, 2008.
