MANAGEMENT <br />Please accept this letter as the 2009 Annual Hydrology Report for the Hamilton Mine. This report is <br />for the 2009 calendar year. <br />The DRMS approved the cessation of all hydrologic monitoring through its approval of TR-07 on July <br />21, 1999. Therefore, the annual hydrology reportwas not compiled for 2009. <br />Sediment ponds A and B did not discharge during the year. The monitoring program includes the <br />requirements of Colorado Discharge Permit System Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG- <br />850024 (CDPS Permit). Copies of Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports have been provided, <br />under separate cover, to the Division at the same schedule required by the CDPS Permit.
