(719 )-395 -
2093.
It was our understanding on the Previous permit for the Expansion there was to be a dirt berm constructed
on the property line. Instead of a berm being constructed, there was a ditch dug and the water runs off our
field into the ditch and on into the Arkansas River.
We have no problem with them having a ditch, but we do want the berm that was to be there in the first
place to be put there now.
We are losing our water from our field because the berm was never constructed properly (location). The
location of the berm was to be located on the North side of the ditch and is currently on the South side of
the berm, thus causing our water to be drained from our field.
Edwin S.
