DRMS needs the following additional information in writing before we can provide a decision on <br />the Amendment. <br />Rule 6.4.7 Exhibit G — Water Information: Please respond to the attached comments provided by the <br />DRMS Engineering staff in the memorandum of 17 December 2009. <br />Be advised that, in accordance with Rule 1.4.8(1), the Amendment Application for File No. M -1983 -176 <br />may be denied unless the above items are addressed to the satisfaction of DRMS by the decision date of <br />30 December 2009.
