Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Keenesburg Mine, Permit No. C-1981-028, Third Quarter 2009 Sediment Pond Inspection Report <br />Rule 4.05.9(17) <br />Dear Mr. MacDonald: <br />The Division has reviewed Coors Energy Company's Third Quarter 2009 Sediment Pond Inspection report. <br />CEC's third quarter 2009 sediment pond report was received by the Division on November 16, 2009. <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by CEC on September 17, 2009. <br />No problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No discharge from any of the ponds <br />was reported. The observations noted in GEC's third quarter 2009 inspection report agree with the <br />Division's on site observations.
