Staff notes that the final date for public comment is December 7, 2009. At this time <br />the only comments received are from other agencies which have been forwarded to Precision <br />Excavating. DRMS has requested copies of the applicant's response to these agencies issues for the file <br />and review which have not been received to date. <br />Please find attached a Preliminary Adequacy Review. Overall the application is well put together. A few <br />issues need clarification or correction however. Please respond to the noted issues within the review <br />and above.
