Please note
as you are reviewing the project that we have added 2 sheets to both Exhibit D and Exhibit F
respectively. The hope is to clarify the specific activities for each of the Exhibits. We have also
revised our hatching for clarity. See our responses to your review in Blue below.
1. EXHIBIT D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4):
• In Exhibit D, under Typical Sequence of Operation, Item (2), it is stated that "The
area to be stripped topsoil area will be no larger than 4 acres in size at one time.
The total volume of stockpiled topsoil for the entire site includes approximately
24,000 cubic yards." Please explain/clarify how a total volume of 24,000 cubic
yards will be stockpiled if only 4 acres is to be disturbed at one time. Does the
estimated 4 acres of disturbance include the operations of roads and process
areas?
