Sorenson, Allen ✓VI *, 4 ,e ! A4
rzvvtd L/X( a - C Z2
From: Sorenson, Allen
Sent: Tuesday, November 24, 2009 4:15 PM
To: 'goldenIiberty @aol.com' v
Cc: Waldron, Tony
Subject: FW: message from Ann Lemberg
Hi Anne, I am sending a response by email, so you'll have something in writing. If you are prospecting, as that term is
defined in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, and the total affected land is less than 1600 square feet, you do
not have to file a new prospecting notice or modify your existing prospecting notice. If you are mining, there is no 1600
square foot exemption, and you must obtain a mined land reclamation permit. Please review the definitions of
prospecting, affected land, and mining operation in the Act.
