Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on October 30, 2009, a minor revision application <br />(MR -66) to the Seneca II -W Mine, Permit No. C -1982 -057, operated by Seneca Coal Company, LLC, <br />37796 Routt County Road 53, Hayden, CO 81639 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. <br />This revision application re- incorporates herbaceous production and species diversity success <br />standards for the Tie across Haul road corridor (TAHR). These Standards for the TAHR were <br />inadvertently deleted from the permit application package text in a prior revision. In addition, the <br />cover letter to the revision application commits to submittal of a density standard for Aspen planting <br />areas (within a Technical Revision) by April 30, 2010.
