Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Nat aI Resource Trustee <br />On November 6, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to <br />the Division on July 30, 2009, addressing the following: <br />CN--01 Convert from a 110c to 112c adding 14.08 acres to the existing 7.57 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1997-027. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1997-027 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $32,183.00 exceeds the $17,755.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $14,428.00.
