AM-02 <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board ("Board"), pursuant to the Minerals Rules and Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials <br />("Rules"; amended August 2006) and through Pre-Hearing Conference Officer Daniel I. <br />Hernandez, conducted a Pre-Hearing Conference on October 29, 2009. The Board, having <br />considered this Pre-Hearing Order as proposed by the Pre-Hearing Conference Officer, and <br />having considered any objections or comments from the parties, hereby enters the following Pre- <br />Hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />1.
