("Denison") received your letter regarding the Van 4 Mine, Permit M-1997-032,
Amendment AM-1 technical adequacy and Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) on September 8, 2009. Your
letter indicated that the decision date for the Division's initial completeness finding was reset for September 9,
2009. Denison previously submitted a request for a 60 day extension on September 9, and the extension was
granted until November 8. Due to the complexity of responding to these questions, Denison would like to
request an additional 60 days to address the comments and questions outlined in your letter. Please feel free to
contact me if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Yours very truly,
DENISON MINES (USA) CORP.
e14-1 c'-d
Christy Woodward, PE
Environmental Coordinator
de?e
cc: Denison Mines (USA) Corp., File
CDM, Inc.
