With written confirmation of acceptance of the reclamation liability increase <br />estimate of $1,370.00 all outstanding issues appear to have been addressed. Therefore the Notice is considered <br />complete. <br />Per Energy Fuel's request the liability is being assigned to Statewide Bond # K07346323. With the posting of the <br />bond the NOI modification is considered active and approved by the State.
