The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 11, 2009, a minor revision
application (MR-110) to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie
Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of
filing. In Minor Revision No. 110, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to place the Second Quarter
2009 Seismic Report into the permit application package. All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
