("Denison") received your letter regarding the St Jude Mine, Permit M-1978-039, <br />Amendment AM-1 technical adequacy comments and questions regarding the Environmental Protection Plan <br />(EPP) dated September 2, 2009. Your letter indicated that the decision date for the Division's initial <br />completeness finding was reset for November 3, 2009. This letter also identified several questions and <br />comments that Denison will need to address, and based on this short turnaround time, Denison would like to <br />request an additional 60 days to address the comments and questions outlined in your letter.
