I have remaining com?ncnts pertaining to items 5 and ? oftheir response lever dated October l ?, 200. 5, In their response,lt appears that ? nrilslnterpreted nay request for clar?f*icatlon 1n the text not the tables. The pararrreter and sample frequency information provided in tables should match the description given in text. In my original con?ument I was requesting that the description at the bottom ofpagc 2.04.7-4? ?no?v corresponds to revised page 2.04.7-49} be updated to be consistent ?vi? the Table 2.04,7-t I?ydrology Monitoring Program information. At the bottom of page 2.04.7-49, the second sentence of the last paragraph still does not appear to be correct. It should read as follows. "dater quality parameters listed in Table 2.x4.7-2 will be collected as follows; quarterly balls for all discharging NPD? ?utfalls, semi-annual basis for stations -N1, -N3, -1104, -I?10?, and - 1V10?." ?. In my original comment, I requested that F? do semi-aual full suite laboratory analysis and semi-annual field analyses per the parameters listed on Table 2.4.7-2 for all five approved surface water. The infonnafion for surface mater sites on Table 2.04.7-1 still does not accurately reflect this, In particular the footnotes are not correctly updated.. Fcatnote ? 1 ? should read "Measure semi-annual February, august", not "Measure annual August} and the last sentence of the footnote should be removed. Footnote ?4} incorrectly references TR- 5and no semiannual stations. It should be rewritten to simply state: "Dave full suite laboratory analysis February and August} for listed surface water monitoring statio?as."
