The <br />revision was called complete on October 8, 2009, and issued the same date. <br />The operator proposes to construct an electric powerline for the mine's coal preparation plant. The <br />proposed work will be on privately-owned, previously disturbed land. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
