Cattany <br />g, <br />g, Division Director <br />or <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-1981-010 <br />Third Quarter Sediment Pond Inspection Report 2009 <br />Dear Mr. Mattern, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation: <br />4.05:9(17) - Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for <br />appearance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) - A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />The third quarter sediment pond inspection reports were received by the Division on 02 October 2009. <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TMI on September 25th, 26th, and 281h <br />It is noted that maintenance items required include; replacing of sediment markers at West Pyeatt #1, <br />Sage #2, West Flume, and Middle Flume #3; and Sediment clean out at Middle Flume #3. <br />All ponds were functioning as designed at the time of the inspections. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
