The application was determined to be complete for purposes of ii~n~ ~n the of Septernber~ The Public Notice appeared in the San Miguel Basin Forum on the ~4t~ of September Proof of that publication has not yet been provided. TR- ~ seeks to modify the surface water monitoring plan for the New Horizon Kline near the town of Nucla in western ~Vlontrose bounty.
