The revision includes a phasing plan amendment to the Mining
Plan, Exhibit C. The following phases will be mined together in two methods, as
illustrated on the revised Exhibit C: Phases 4-8; Phases 9-12; Phases 13-16; and Phases
17-18. The first method will be recovering resource to approximately 15 feet or to a
depth to not expose ground water. The second method will remove all economically
recoverable materials, and dewatering will commence. This change allows us to
consolidate dewatering activities for a more efficient operation. Accordingly, Exhibit D,
item (d) shall be amended as follows: The maximum area to be mined at one time is
approximately 100 acres.
Additionally, a 2.98-acre portion of Phase 17, as described in the enclosed
Permanently Excluded Property Description, will be excluded from the mine permit
boundary. This portion is not owned by Denver Water.
Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $216.00 for application fees.
Sincerely,
rofeef ambei, Jr
Engin eerin
CONSERVE
