Natural Resource Trustee <br />Holyoke, CO 80734 <br />Re: Ward Pit, Permit No. M-2003-024, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Schafer: <br />On September 11, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted <br />to the Division on June 16, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Add 9.9 acres to Ward Pit for a total of 19.8 permitted acres; change post-mining land use from cropland to wildlife <br />habitat. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2003-024.
