V <br />Mr. Mykitta, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review of the above referenced Notice of <br />Intent application. It appears that all issues have been addressed and the application meets the requirements of the <br />Act and Rules. Therefore staff is pleased to inform Shell Frontier Oil & Gas Inc. that the 2009-10 RD&D East <br />Lease Appraisal is approved. <br />Staff calculations estimate the proposed bond estimate of $612,434.00 is adequate to cover the required <br />reclamation. Shell Frontier Oil & Gas Inc. must submit and have accepted the Financial Warranty for the permit <br />to become active.
