A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Steamboat Pilot on August 23, 2009. This public notice initiated a ten-day public <br />comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division <br />regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public <br />comment period. The tenth day fell on Wednesday, September 2, 2009.
