Please see
comments below.
1. The Division's Annual Reclamation Report form lists a total of 35.1 acres disturbed for the
calendar year of 2007. This is in contrast to the disturbed acre total listed in Section 1.0 under
heading 1.2.1 Disturbed Acres, which states that Trapper disturbed 42.36 acres resulting from
topsoil salvage for pit advancement, haulage corridor construction, topsoil stockpile
construction, and other miscellaneous activities as approved by the Division. Please
acknowledge which amount is correct and provide a corrected page, or respond to the reason
for the difference. Item Resolved
Based on responses to the Divisions comment in a letter dated April 24, 2007 (as well as on-site
communication) the Division understands that there was only 35.1 acres of new disturbance in 2007
and the 42.36 disturbed acres listed in Section 1.0 under heading 1.2.1 in the 2007 ARR included acres
which were previously disturbed.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
