Safety <br />Dear Mr. Hays: / <br />Precision Excavating, Inc. as the Operator of the Camilletti Milner Pit #2 (#M-2001-023) <br />requests a technical revision to the permit to revise the Reclamation Plan for the site. The <br />"Revised Reclamation Plan for the Camilletti Milner Pit #2 Gravel Mine" by IME dated <br />July 23, 2001 will replace the approved Reclamation Plan dated June 12, 2001 on file <br />with the Division. The Revised Reclamation Plan by IME dated July 23, 2001 was sent <br />to you as part of the first Adequacy Review Response Letter for the Amendment dated <br />July 21, 2009. <br />We have included a check for $216 for the technical revision fee.
