The Second Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 27 July 2009. The reports cover the time period <br />from 01 April 2009 through 30 June 2009. <br />One NPDES outfall at the Deserado Mine discharged during the Second Quarter of 2009. The raw <br />water lagoon (045A) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
