The June 18, 2009 inspection, followed by your <br />inspection report of June 26, 2007, identified 4 problems listed below requiring corrective action <br />on or before July 27, 2009. <br />1. The sites have not been active for quite some time and appear to meet the definition of a <br />site that needs to be placed in temporary cessation (as required by Rule 1.13). <br />2. Canada thistle was observed in several areas within the mill site. <br />3. A drum of Du Pont CyanobrikTM and two other unmarked drums were observed in the <br />storage area during the inspection. <br />4. Evidence of erosion from the three temporary ore piles at the mill site was observed <br />during the inspection: <br />Mr. Michael Elder has prepared the responses to the above noted problems. The responses are <br />attached to this letter as separate documents.
